Corporate Governance Awareness session for media

The Media session was organized by CMDA to create awareness on Corporate Governance issues. The main objective of the session was to provide information on Corporate Governance and the role the media plays in enhancing Corporate Governance. The session was conducted by Professor Y.R.K. Reddy and representatives of the media were invited. Any questions raised during the session by members of the media were addressed by Professor Y.R.K. Reddy.

Corporate Governance Awareness session for SOE’s

The seminar was organized by CMCGI/CMDA to create awareness on Corporate Governance for State Owned Enterprises (SOE’s). The main objective of the seminar was to provide information on Corporate Governance and its main implications for state owned enterprises. The seminar was conducted by Professor Y.R.K. Reddy and representatives of several SOE’s were present. The questions raised during the seminar were addressed by Professor Y.R.K. Reddy.

Session to review of Corporate Governance National Award

The session was held to review the criteria for Corporate Governance National Award. The review was conducted with the assistance of Professor Y.R.K. Reddy, Founder and Chairman for the Academy of Corporate Governance/India and CMDA staff. The main objective was to finalize the assessing criteria for Corporate Governance National Award and to decide on a date for the award ceremony.
