Having recognized the importance of assisting Listed Companies in determining the criteria to be adopted in selecting their external auditor, CMDA is planning to publish “Practice Note for Appointment of Auditors of Listed Companies”.
The Draft Practice Note will be open for public comments until 3rd February 2011.
Public comments of any type are welcomed, from small editorial comments to broader comments about the scope or merit of the proposed document. Please send your comments to nafia@cmda.gov.mv
